The text in »line« is analyzed for tabs and a new tspan element is being created using tabs, position and alignment.

Aligment is Tcl/Tk left, right, center...

On tablelist: there are double tab pairs inside a tablelist, remove those from the tab list.

tabs2tspan is being used by ::dumper::complexText.
