Generate 'font create' code as part of the resource section. See comment for 'fontNew' concerning raw raw property list -- this is a legacy.

Ignores images and fonts under certain conditions. The font exclusion list contains those generated by tile alas these fonts use hard-coded pixel values and should be recreated!
