Extracts the toolbar items from the toolbar.

There is an additional set of possible properties inside Jeszra: forcerefresh, iscontainer, ensure, default and properties.

The additional set can be activated by »Code,Goolbar,Extended« and the set itself defined in »Code,Goolbar,Extended,Types«.

dump-configure-Goolbar is being used by ::vgcode::dump-configure-Galette.
